Yes, and we'd strongly recommend it. We start every bespoke project with a proper discovery phase where we interview your people, review your processes, and understand your challenges. We've built programmes for clients in manufacturing, professional services, technology, finance, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. If it involves people needing to learn something, we can design it.
We do. Every programme includes structured follow-ups, and many clients add one-to-one coaching for their managers or short e-learning modules to reinforce what's been covered. We also run train-the-trainer as part of our bespoke programmes if you want your own team to sustain the work after we step back.
It depends on what you need. Access to our e-learning library can be set up immediately. Off-the-shelf workshops can typically be scheduled within two to three weeks. Fully bespoke programmes usually take four to eight weeks from initial briefing to delivery. If you're working to a tight deadline, we'll always be upfront about what's realistic.
The e-learning library is a collection of pre-built courses that cover foundational skills, compliance topics, and common professional development needs. It's great for onboarding, volume training, and giving your whole team access to learning resources. Bespoke programmes are built from the ground up for your specific situation and delivered live by experienced facilitators. We can bespoke and customise courses and add them to your suite. Many of our clients use both: the library for breadth and bespoke programmes for their strategic priorities.
Every programme includes pre- and post-assessments, engagement tracking, and structured follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days. We look at knowledge retention, behaviour change, and business outcomes. If sales training was supposed to improve conversion rates, we want to see the conversion data. If management training was meant to reduce staff turnover in a particular team for example, we track that.
